A Level Above is a vertically integrated development company, completing our own purchasing, design, investment, entitlement, construction, and leading a sales effort. We employ a full-time in-house attorney to support our consulting services, and have established partnerships with local brokerage firms to assist in acquisitions. Our company purchases land in our region, first understands it, then develops it. With a focus and passion on high-quality design, we maintain the most creative design professionals to substantiate and deliver a development effort which is cost-effective and profitable. A Level Above has preferred equity and debt relationships with local banks who assist in construction lending.
